The present conditions are intended to define the general conditions of sale established between Aloe Jewels and the user, from the act of ordering in the online store www.aloejewels.com to the various services provided by Aloe Jewels.
Access to and use of this website as well as the products and services available are subject to various conditions.
By using this website, you agree to the website's terms of use, which may be updated from time to time.
ORDERS
The user can place an order online at www.aloejewels.com.
During the purchase process, you will be asked for your billing and delivery addresses. It is important that the details are complete and correct to ensure a successful delivery.
When making an online purchase, the user expresses their full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of sale, prices and description of the products included in this transaction. These general conditions of sale will be the only ones applicable between the two parties. In the absence of availability of a product, Aloe Jewels will inform the user and refund the amount paid within approximately 15 (fifteen) days from the date of knowledge of such unavailability.
After placing your order, make sure that you receive a confirmation email at the address you used to place the order. During the process, you will receive further notifications via email.
Orders are processed after the respective payment has been made and confirmed. It may be necessary to send proof of payment for specific payment methods.
DELIVERY
Personalized pieces have 1-3 business days of production time.
Orders are delivered by CTT registered mail (tracking is available).
Delivery time is 1-2 business days to Mainland Portugal and Spain, 2-5 business days to Madeira and Azores, and 4-8 business days to the rest of Europe.

The delivery may, in specific cases, suffer some delay due to the region, transport constraints or other problems beyond Aloe Jewels's responsability.
If the customer provides the wrong address, does not pick up the order within the stipulated time or intends to exchange a product, the return shipping costs are fully borne by the buyer. You must pick up the order within the stipulated period. If not, your order will be returned to Aloe Clothing and we will contact you later. We do not refund the amount paid for the order. We will reship the order to an address provided by the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded and reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

PRICE POLICY
Prices must be understood in euros, with taxes and fees included. All prices shown include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force. Aloe Jewels reserves the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice.
SHIPPING/SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will be added to the total cost of the order once you have filled in the shipping details.
Occasionally, there may be free shipping campaigns, duly marked on the site.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS
You can exchange or return non-personalized items within 14 days after receiving the order. Note that due to their nature, personalized or engraved items cannot be exchanged or returned.
The products must be in the same condition in which they were sent, with original packaging and no signs of use/damage.
To make an exchange or return, send an email to hello@aloejewels.com and you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
The shipping costs involved are borne by the customer.
In order for the deadline to be met, you must inform us about the exchange/return before the corresponding deadline (14 days) expires.
NEWSLETTER
The Newsletter includes all emails, promotional offers, institutional newsletters and information about the company sent directly to the user's email address. You will be able to manage your Newsletter subscription in your customer account page.
Our Newsletter is exclusive to Aloe Jewels website.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any data you provide to us will never be shared with third parties.
We use technologies to collect and store information when you visit our website, which may include sending one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers. The intention is just to make your visits to our website simpler.

APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENCE
Portuguese law is applicable to these General Sales Conditions.
In the absence of resolution by agreement of the parties, any dispute arising from the above-mentioned General Conditions of Sale will be submitted to the competent Portuguese court.

Aloe Jewels reserves the right, on its own initiative, to correct any error or omission in any part of the website without prior notice. Aloe Jewels may make any other changes to the website, materials, and products or services described on the Aloe Jewels website at any time without notice.
The price of Aloe Jewels products will always be stipulated on our website, except for typographical errors.
In the event of an error in the price of any product, we will contact the customer, presenting him with the option of confirming the order at the correct price or canceling it with the due refund. If the customer wishes to refund his order, this will be done using the same payment method as the order.
