All personalized pieces require careful crafting, which takes approximately 1-3 business days.

Orders including personalized jewelry ship after 1-3 business days of production time.

After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to follow the delivery.

After delivery, we allow 14 days to request an exchange/return of the purchased items.

Please note that personalized and engraved items cannot be exchanged or returned due to their nature. Each piece is produced according to your requests after placing the order on our website.

Our jewelry is made of 316L Stainless Steel with 18K Gold plating.

316L Stainless Steel is exceptionally durable and hypoallergenic, making it comfortable for even the most sensitive skin.

The 18K Gold plating enhances the beauty of our pieces while retaining the durability of the underlying Stainless Steel.

Depending on the size and shape of each piece, you can request to engrave almost any type of text or symbol of your preference.

Our most common engraving requests include names, dates, coordinates, initials, zodiac signs, real handwriting or a meaningful quote.

Our personalized pieces are engraved using laser technology, so the engraving will look black or gray. Depending on the type of light and reflections, the engraving can appear darker or lighter.
