Personalized jewelry items require 1–3 business days of production time before dispatch.
Orders are shipped with tracked registered mail, and delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier:

Portugal & Spain: 1–2 business days

Madeira & Azores: 2–5 business days

Rest of Europe: 4–8 business days
Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, regional restrictions, or customs procedures.
Failed Delivery & Returned Shipments
If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer — including but not limited to:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Recipient not identifiable or unreachable at the delivery address

Failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s holding period
the shipment will be returned to Aloe Jewels.
Personalized items
All personalized or engraved jewelry is made to order according to the customer’s specifications and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or resold once produced.
In the event of a returned shipment involving a personalized item:

No refund will be issued

The order may be reshipped upon request

Reshipping costs must be paid by the customer
Shipping fees already paid are non-refundable.
