3-Year Warranty

We want your Aloe pieces to enhance your life for years to come. That's why we ensure that each piece is crafted from meticulously selected materials.

In the event of damage caused by a production error or defective material, you are entitled to a 3-year warranty on your jewelry. This means that we will replace or repair any damaged jewelry up to 3 years from the date of purchase.

If no repair is possible or the piece is no longer in stock to be substituted, you can select any other piece of the same price.

Please keep in mind the warranty does not cover:

1. Any damage (accidental or otherwise) NOT caused by defective materials or production errors.
2. Damage due to normal wear and tear on the jewelry, such as scratches or dents.
3. Lost or stolen items.

To report damage covered by the warranty and to expedite the repair of your jewelry, please contact our customer service team. Please provide your order number and attach clear photos of the damaged item so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.

It is important to note that you will need to return the defective item to us so that we can repair or replace it.
